  20. No, it means the server you're trying to connect to won't authorise
  21. connection - it doesn't like your IP address. Try other servers and/or
  22. connecting to different ports (6665-6667 often work). It could also be that
  23. the server you are trying to connect to is already full, in which case try
  24. again later.
